He has over 39 years of investment banking experience. He previously served as CEO of Credit Suisse Mexico, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Mexico (DLJ), and Salomon Brothers Mexico, as well as Head of Investment Banking at OBSA Serfin. He holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Management from Tecnológico de Monterrey (ITESM).
He has over 32 years of investment banking experience. He previously served as a Director in Investment Banking at Credit Suisse and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ) in New York. Prior to that, he was a member of the Investment Banking team at HSBC James Capel in New York, where he advised on a broad range of transactions, including strategic sales, public debt and equity offerings, acquisitions, mergers, and restructurings. He holds an MBA from New York University, where he was a Stern Scholar, and a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey (ITESM).
He has over 28 years of investment banking experience, advising on a broad range of transactions, including strategic sales, public debt and equity offerings, acquisitions, mergers, and restructurings. Before joining AD&S, he served as Director of Fixed Income and Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs, where he spent 17 years in New York and Mexico. Earlier in his career, he worked at the law firms Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York and White & Case in Mexico City. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, an LL.M. from Boston University, and a law degree from the University of Guadalajara.
He has over 17 years of investment banking experience and has advised on numerous transactions, including strategic sales, public equity offerings, mergers, and acquisitions. He brings extensive experience across a range of sectors, including education, infrastructure, financial institutions, retail, food and beverage, real estate, and industrials. He holds a degree in Financial Management from Tecnológico de Monterrey (ITESM) and completed the Senior Management Program at IPADE Business School.
He has over 13 years of investment banking experience across a broad range of industries, including real estate, transportation and logistics, consumer goods, telecommunications, automotive, infrastructure, retail, tourism, and personal care. He completed Lazard’s Financial Analyst Program and Moelis & Company’s Associate Program, both in New York. He holds an MBA from IPADE Business School and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin.
