Carrizalejo, ZIP Code 66254, San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León, Mexico, is responsible for processing the personal data collected from its clients, prospective clients, and other individuals interested in receiving information about its services, pursuant to Articles 3, Section XIV, and 37, Section III, of Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (the “LFPDPPP”), and Article 70 of its Regulations (the “RLFPDPPP”).

II. TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED AND PURPOSES OF PROCESSING ADS may collect general personal data from its clients, prospective clients, and individuals interested in receiving quotations or information about its services. Such data may include names, email addresses, telephone numbers, addresses, and Federal Taxpayer Registry numbers (RFC). Pursuant to Articles 16 and 17 of the LFPDPPP, your personal data may be used for the following essential purposes: To provide clients with the professional services they have retained, complete the procedures required for such services, and provide updates regarding the status of their matters. To provide clients with information about the professional services offered by ADS in Mexico and to invoice requested services. To provide information about the features of the various services offered by ADS, send quotations to interested parties, and follow up with prospective clients. To share information about our services and events through our website and social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. To conduct market research and evaluate the quality of our services. To provide client support, address questions or complaints concerning our services, and contact clients at their request through messages submitted via our website or social media channels. To confirm or correct the information in our records to ensure the best possible personalized service. To notify you of any changes to this Privacy Notice. ADS will treat all personal data provided by its clients as strictly confidential. All our associates are trained and committed to protecting personal data in accordance with the LFPDPPP. ADS will implement all necessary measures to safeguard its clients’ personal information.

III. TRANSFERS OF PERSONAL DATA ADS may use the information obtained from its clients to provide better service and for all purposes permitted under the LFPDPPP, pursuant to Article 37, Section III. Your information may be used to: Provide details, features, and technical specifications regarding the professional services offered by ADS. Confirm and correct the information in our client records in accordance with the LFPDPPP. Supplement the legal services retained and contact experts in connection with matters in which a client is represented.Improve the management of information and communications with clients. All our processes are continuously monitored to ensure that your information receives appropriate care and protection. As a general rule, ADS will disclose personal data only as required under the laws governing its activities, including tax, labor, social security, and consumer protection laws, as well as in response to requests from judicial or other competent authorities. Any such disclosure will be made in accordance with applicable legal requirements and only to the extent reasonably necessary. Except in these circumstances, ADS will not disclose personal information to companies seeking to sell products or services to its clients. For example, ADS will not sell your name or email address to catalog companies, commercial businesses, or companies whose services are unrelated to or incompatible with those provided by ADS.

IV. WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT AND EXERCISE OF RIGHTS OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION, AND OBJECTION

In accordance with the LFPDPPP, you may request access to, rectification of, or cancellation of your personal data, where legally applicable; object to the use of personal data provided to the data controller; or withdraw the consent you previously granted.

Your request will be handled by our Personal Data Protection Officer, Débora Jiménez Martínez, at info@adys.com.mx. To exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Objection (“ARCO Rights”), or to withdraw your consent, you must follow the procedure below:

Send an email to info@adys.com.mx stating your full name, your legal or commercial relationship with ALFARO, DÁVILA Y SCHERER, S.C.—for example, whether you are a client, website user, or social media user—and the right you wish to exercise.

If your request is submitted on a Saturday, Sunday, or nonbusiness day, it will be deemed received on the following business day.

Your request will be answered by email within ten business days from the date on which receipt is acknowledged. This period may be extended by an additional ten business days when justified. You will be notified of any such extension in accordance with Article 97 of the Regulations of the LFPDPPP.

If your request is valid under the LFPDPPP and other applicable regulations, access will be granted, your personal data will be rectified or cancelled, your right to object will be honored, or your consent will be deemed withdrawn within ten business days following the date on which a response is provided. This period may be extended by an additional five business days when justified. You will be notified of any such extension in accordance with Article 97 of the Regulations of the LFPDPPP.

Whenever your request is valid pursuant to Articles 32, 33, 34, and 35 of the LFPDPPP, your personal data will be provided free of charge through the email address you designate for this purpose. If you request delivery through another method, you will be responsible only for justified shipping expenses and/or the cost of reproducing the information in copies or other formats.

VI. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY NOTICE.

This Privacy Notice has been effective since November 1, 2019, and may be amended at the data controller’s discretion in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Any changes will be communicated through the publication of an updated Privacy Notice, which may also be requested at our offices
